This is part 3 and the last one of our live rehearsal series. Going back in time to the band Captain Crimson, where Chris and Andreas started playing together over 10 years ago now.

”When Wizdoom was about to do the first rehearsals as a full band, I thought it would be good to play a song that at least someone had played live before just to make it easier to get off the ground. So I choose one of my favorite songs from the Captain Crimson era, ’Bells From The Underground’. This is a song that I personally think is very good and I think it deserves much more attention then it have got so far. So when the live rehearsal idea came about it was a no brainer to play this one. It’s a heavy song that crosses 70s rock with stoner rock, our version being a bit heavier as it is down tuned and slightly slower. Enjoy!” - Chris. D

It's hard to say that this album is the evolutionary pinnacle of heavy metal, but it's also hard to say that it's not. With the clean vocals, proud organ and near-total lack of thrash, you've got to acknowledge an old-school bent. Then again, the elements that have inspired every heavy-metal musician and fan since before there was a name for this music are here and polished to perfection. It bridges generations of sound and taste but also sounds like a band just having a blast. Buy it now. Count Snackula
